Big Give Campaign Results

Our Big Give Arts for Impact campaign has now come to a close.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised £9,134 to support Art Breaks – our programme of free, creative workshops for neurodivergent children and young people.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, shared and supported.

About Art Breaks

Art Breaks offers free, child-led creative workshops where neurodivergent children and young people can explore materials, build confidence and participate on their own terms.

Sessions take place during school holidays and weekends, providing time, space and freedom for children to explore, alongside support for families and carers.

The programme is oversubscribed, reflecting the ongoing need for accessible, specialist provision locally.

Why it matters

Art Breaks creates something rare:

  • space without pressure or fixed outcomes
  • opportunities for connection and communication
  • environments where children can lead their own creative activity

Families also benefit from time to rest and connect with others who share similar experiences.

“There aren’t words to describe what Art Breaks does for our family – the children absolutely love the opportunity to be given time and space to create something truly theirs with the thought and support they need. It’s very difficult for them to get this at home due to the combination of everyone’s needs” – Parent 2026

You can still support

While the Big Give campaign has ended, the need for this work continues.

Every donation helps us continue to provide free access to Art Breaks.
